Following a procurement exercise, carried out for the first time in 2014, Government Veterinary Services in England & Wales are administered by one of seven Veterinary Delivery Partners. These companies are responsible for allocation and payment for work and for assurance of the quality of service delivery. They liaise with Government to ensure that contracted service standards are being met.

In England the five companies use a single central service provider, UK Farmcare Ltd, to provide all administration and to carry out the on-farm audits.

The Delivery Partners themselves are owned and managed by a collaboration of local farm-focused veterinary practices. The contact details for each delivery partner can be found via the contact us page of this website.
